QUICK START-UP GUIDE

TO START

-Go to “pointblanksg.com/texas-ltcah-course/” (You are currently on this webpage)

APPLICATION (Must have an E-mail address)

-Click on “Step 1” image
-Scroll down to “New User”
-Click on “Apply”
-Select either “Texas Driver License” or “Texas I.D. Card”
-Enter Texas DL or I.D. number in first text box
-Enter Date of Birth in second text box (mm/dd/yyyy) with forward slashes
-Enter Texas DL/I.D. Audit Number in third text box. This is the “DD” number at the bottom of the card
-Click “Continue” and follow the steps from here on

*NOTE* You Must Print Out The Application Barcode Sheet With The Check List On It After The Payment Webpage

FINGERPRINTING (Must have already done the state application (Step 1) and have waited at least 24-48 hours)

-Click on “Step 2” image
-Click on the state of Texas
-Click on ” Online Scheduling” (Note:Click on “Locations” to find where the nearest DPS contractor is)
-Enter your service code to get started and click “Go”.(Your Service Code is “119Q91″ for the Texas License To Carry)
-Verify that at the top of the page it says “119Q91 – Texas License to Carry”
-Click on “Schedule or Manage Appointment”
-Fill in all the required fields marked with an asterisk “*”. Then Click “Next”.
-Under “Eligibility” select your “Method of Identification”
-If selected “Driver’s License Number” use your Texas ID or DL number.(Preferred Method)
-If selected “Trace Number” use your application ID number off of your application sheet under the barcode.
-Click “next” and follow the steps from here on

E-SUBMIT OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ( A copy of LTC supporting documents may also be mailed)

-Click on “Step 3” image
-Click on “select option”
-Select “ Submit LTC Supporting Documents”
-Enter your information from “First Name” to “Driver License or I.D.#” in their respective text box
-For State click “Select” and select your D.L. or I.D. state
-Skip “Handgun License #”(for renewals or already LTC holders)
-Make a digital copy of your “LTC Supporting Documents”
+++Digital copy must be in .pdf file format only
+++Must not have a file name with (: \ / ; * ? < > |)
-Click “choose file” and locate the location of your “LTC Supporting Documents”
-Click “choose” or “select” whichever option is given
+++Up to 5 documents can be selected
-Repeat for each different “LTC Supporting document” file
-Once all files have been selected, click “Attach”
+++Allow for the webpage to reload on its own
-Above the “Submit Form” button there is a security image displaying characters. Enter these characters in the text box just above the image exactly as they appear
-Click “ Submit Form”

*NOTE* You Can Find The Mail-In Address on “Step 3” By Clicking The Image and Scrolling To The Bottom Of The Webpage
